I have been reading a bit abouts Jeff's Summer sausage recipe. Have been looking for it with no luck. Can someone share with me. And give me a favor profile? I have been using PS Seasonings Spicy garlic summer sausage. Love it, but would like to mix my own instead of waiting on shipping!

TulsaJeff from the posts i have read it is a great recipe. I have made 1000's of pounds of sausage with pre-made seasonings. Transitioning to making recipes per batch. Shipping delays and costs suck too.
