We are R&Z Kosher Smoked Meats out of Brooklyn NY we have a company that provides smoked meat and BBQ products to kosher caterers in the NY/NJ areas and we also cater parties, bar/bat mitzvahs as well as personal and corporate BBQ events. We have several vertical smokers and we also have portable grills to take on the road with us. looking forward to learning more and more from the Meat Forum. Smoking/BBQing has been a hobby for both of us for the last 20-30 years and now we have decided to take it to the next level. Looking forward to learning and sharing much information which such a large and diverse audience.
