OK after watching a few videos on the LEM 5 LB stuffer I can now see how much easier it is to use. Now I know why so much of you were recommending a stand alone stuffer. I will still use the KA for grinding because it simply works but will get a LEM for the stuffing.

I will have to distract the wife when the Amazon box gets to the door. It can store in my back yard shed along with my other cooking toys.
Come on man! At least do one more 10# batch through the KA stuffer before trying the Lem lol. You were inching the way up the Top ten chart here!!!
 
I use a Hakka 7 pound stuffer. This allows for about 5 or 6 pounds of meat to be loaded at a time. Just another option added to the pile of good options above.

I just finished cooking up a basil pennette with some of the sausages. It was so good. Probably because I was starving from looking around here while it was cooking.
