Ok, I'm not that southern but we're supposed to say that when we enter a room, so why not a forum?
I'm Tom, also known as Walker or Colonel Walker even though I've never been a Colonel. Long story for another night.
I got a 22.5" Weber Kettle nine months ago and I'm just starting to feel bold enough to make mistakes.
I still get to eat my mistakes, don't I?
I've got a fairly good grasp on pork ribs but my pulled pork is still hit or miss. Temp and timing appears to be my weakest link.
Some day I want to build a tripple by-pass smoker to tow with my bike. I don't know what a tripple by-pass smoker is but I bet I can find a way to make one.
Other than smoking meat I'm involved in Punkin' Chunkin'. Google it.
