I have now made fresh hot Italian sausage 4 times, the latest was a 5 lb batch. I just got my first set of Italian sausage casings, 33-35, and just want to know how much sausage do I need to make to fill a whole hank. I can have extra, just don't want to have to sort out what to do with any extra?
Probably a bad question because there are many pieces in the hank, I just want to know for one piece. Probably not answerable.
