That’s what the guys at work say, “you’ll alright cook for a yankee!”

Here is the rub: dark brown sugar, garlic salt, celery salt, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper.

Honey maple glaze: stick of butter, 3 tablespoons maple syrup and tablespoons honey.

I bought one of those bone in breasts a couple months ago and took the bones out and tied it up with some butchers twine.
I injected it with like a buffalo sauce and cooked it. That was pretty good .
I should have some real syrup around to try stuff like what you did. I never remember to look for some.

I'm going to cook a turkey this weekend and I'm debating oven or WSM. It is a 20 LB bird.

How long did that take, if you recall?
