Just wanted to say hello. I am the owner of a custom cabinet shop and an avid hunter and fisherman. I love 4 wheelin, boats, bass& bucks. Been lurking this forum for awhile and can see that there's alot of good info here. I'm really just getting into smoking.  I just ordered my family a Smoken-it model 2 last night.I had bought a MES40 at Sams and it pooped out on my 3rd smoke, took it back for a refund and I certinaly hope the Smoken-it is ALOT better. Anyway, if anyone has any reccomendations on  using the Smoken-it 2 I sure would appreciate the input. Thanks guys and its nice being on here.
