Just joined up. In California, the land of fruits, nuts, and flakes.

Have a 30" MES that I've been using for a couple of years. Lots of pork ribs, a few beef rib roasts, chicken drumsticks and sausages.

Looking to expand my menu, maybe some cold smoking cheese, salmon, etc.

The ultimate goal? A beef brisket.
