I'm going to smoke a 12lb ham tomorrow and I have a question.
To keep the ham from drying out while smoking, would it be a wise
idea to put some apple juice in the pan below the ham? I'm going
to use a spray bottle with apple juice but I don't want to keep opening
up the smoker letting out the heat and smoke. The temperature tomorrow
is going to be 38.
