Hey folks! Bald Eagle here. Well after a month of lurking around my taste buds can't take any more. I had to register and let everybody know ow happy i am to have found this forum. I have been making sausage for three months now and finally started smoking some with the help from this forum.Several batches of Buckboard bacon have been smoked the last few weeks,venison Buckboard will be back in the MES in the morning. After looking around this evening I'm making plans for venison pastrami next weekend.Thanks again for all the help!
