So here is my brawl cook. Formed up 2-8 oz patties with a venison tenderloin medallion and cheese on the inside. Wrapped with bacon and put in the smoker until IT was 135. Everything in the center was done at the same temp, so the loin didn't stand out to the eye. The others were 1/4 lb patties with bacon and mushrooms and cheese on the griddle.

Man, that thing is HUGE!! That's a brontosaurus burger...:emoji_laughing: I'm with Adam on this, a knife and fork is needed to tackle that, but it looks great!!

"That's what she said"........... I felt like Jesus breaking the fish and bread for the multitudes! I ate burgers or parts of burgers for many meals!
 
Now that's a burger for the ages BED. It looks fantastic.

WOW!! How did I miss this post? It looks amazing. Absolutely beautiful burgers and I bet one of them would be a belly full. One thing is for sure, I didn't miss this when you sent it to me for the Brawl. Very nice!!
