Breakfast Sausage Ravioli— Homemade

A few weeks back I made my own breakfast sausage using sage salt and pepper. Ground up (thanks smokin peachey smokin peachey )and frozen for later use. Well, decided to make homemade ravioli using that sausage with sautéed carrots, onion celery. Then I added ricotta and parsley. Turned out awesome!

I missed a picture..I boiled the ravioli for 3 mins. Then transferred to a warm skillet with sauce.

Looks good Yank. I have a question. How did you wrangle that spur away from zippy? Now he won’t have a pair when he rides the hip hopity horse
 
Looks excellent! An interesting twist might be to do breakfast sausage ravioli with a sawmill gravy. Cracy little twist on biscuits and gravy.
