Good evening, I'm from East Chain, MN and am currently getting into this lifestyle of smoking delicious meats! I started with some baby back ribs and I was hooked. I recently pulled off a brisket with a hand-me-down smoker and has seen better days...but it isn't how it looks, it's how you use it.
