Hey gang I’m new to Smoking Meats. Just bought my first smoker. I guess I am a pellet pooper. It’s a Green Mountain Daniel Boone. Like most of us, I’ve grilled for a long time but in my case never smoked meat. I’m going to do a lot of reading on this forum but I was wondering if there is a good reference book(s) to start out with? I’ll be doing pork butts, ribs, wings, chickens, nothing too fancy for now .
Thanks

Actually... you found the best book there is... right here ... Take the 5 day basic course.. that's a great start... and then read all you want right here ...
