Smoked some baby back's today with the amnps and mes 30. Filled one row of the amnps with pitmaster. Had to smoke at the front of the garage due to gusty winds today. Smoked between 225 and 240 deg. Smoked for 2 hours in the smoke, an hour and 40 min foiled and then an hour back on the smoker. Came out great! Thanks for looking!
Removed membrane, rubbed with yellow mustard and Jeff's rub, and cut in half to fit the mes and then into the fridge overnight last night.
Loaded in the mes.
Some nice thin smoke.
Sugar in the raw, honey, parkay, tiger sauce and a splash of apple juice for the foiling.
After the first 2 hours, ready to be foiled.
Coming out of the foil and going back on the smoker.
Ready to cut and eat!
