Been browsing the selection on Amazon and just got the brainer that the user community would be the best source for getting a recommendation on which gloves work best for a smoker. So, I'd love to hear your input on which heat resistant gloves you'd recommend for smoking meat.
I use the Butterball Carving Gloves by Masterbuilt. They're flexible enough to give you freedom in what you're doing, and provides quite a bit of protection from high temps.
