UMAi Bags

    Saw a thread about these bags on another site and watched a few videos about them on youtube. These look easy to use in producing  coppa, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, etc, without having a curing chamber to use, everything happens in the fridge. Just wondering if anyone has had a positive experience using these. I'm thinking of trying them out but they don't exactly give them away. RAY

    Thanks you very much Dave, the thread posted by Roller told me all I needed to find out, going to give it a shot. RAY
     
  4. My bags should get delivered today. Going to try a gabagool(capicola) this weekend.
     
  5. Good luck and be sure to have a thread. Is your meat already curing/cured?
