I smoked a pork shoulder yesterday.

I wrapped in foil at 165 and pulled from the heat to rest this at 202 degrees.

After resting in towels and in a cooler until the temps dropped to 140, I took the meat out of the cooler and towels,  I placed the foil wrapped hunk of goodness in the refrigerator about 2:30 am this morning.

The plan is pull the pork for sandwiches latter today, which leads to the question of the morning what is better...

Normally what I would have done is pulled it lastnight then just reheat the already pulled pork. But thats just me.

I pulled 2 last night let them rest for an hour or two put on the hot gloves and ripped it up.

Last two i did i refridgerated over night ,Reheated enough to melt the fat on the outside and pulled.  The ones yesterday were alot easier to pull.

Well at the time of this posting there is a 50 - 50 split between two voters..

I am going to reheat and then pull.

    Results to follow.... [IMG]

BINGO, we have a winner, man that was a great sandwich. I even a got a thumbs up from my wife.  Red Zone and pulled pork, a wonderful way to spend a Sunday with no Bear's game.

like your video and I'm also gonna agree with Bob (eman) and I leave the butt/shoulder  in the cooler for 3-4 hours if possible and then I pull it. I did spend the 3.00 bucks for some pvc coated gloves so I can pull the pork when it's still quite hot.
