    Read a few of the guys wood choices, just thought I throw in our mix of wood. We like to use Pecan & Mesquite wood around here! We've got plenty of it, & we cut it year before so it's not green. Just sayin'!  Here's to up 'n smoke! Happy Thanksgiving!
