Spares after grad today

    Can anyone offer information.

    In the last few days I have read a thread where brown sugar and butter slabs went on top of the ribs before they got wrapped. I do the brown sugar thing but can someone tell me what the butter does?

    Thanks ahead of time. I gota run for the shower and get ready since the thing starts at 1:00. ITs a good thing I live close.

    Everything is better with butter?? I don't know Tom, but it looks real good. Saw it yesterday in a post and looks like it would be worth trying. I just hope it doesn't rain on you and I today, looking kinda ill up north here.

    Anyone want a wife?????

    OMG now I'm stressing bad. First off I can't wear jeans to the grad[​IMG]. So I am almost ready and I hit the last step in the basement and the wife says(honey)in a rather low key voice. "Did I say the grad was at 1:00"

    Then she holds the ticket up and it says 4:00. I could of had time to put them in when the butts came out and been done before time to leave. Now to decide if I want to start them at 5:30 or 6:00, or should I wait till after work tomorrow?
