smoked turkey legs

  1. since i don't like the state fair turkey legs , i  did some turkey legs this Sunday  going to vacuum pack and freeze some for later.

    no brine but pulled the skin back and applied some garlic powder , my home made rub and some store bought blazing rub but only to half , i like the heat my wife no so much.

    in the smoker on 245 degrees for about 4 hours

    all done and ready to be vacuum packed

  3. I broke down and had to have one today for lunch !!  so now just waiting for lunch !!
