Hi y'all, I've lived in Northern Ohio my whole life. I love having all 4 seasons. I use a hand me down Char-Broil bullet smoker. Very new to smoking meats. My Uncle and Brother got me into smoking. And I'm so glad they did. I also enjoy finding new recipes. Thanks guys n gals.

Hello. I live in Colorado and have been smoking meat for about 2 years. My favorite is brisket!!! I am a school teacher. I'm trying to get some new ideas and become better at smoking. It took about 1 1/2 years to finally get brisket right. I love smoking Brisket, pork and trying to figure out a great sausage to smoke. I would like to start competing competeivelty within the next year. This has turned into a passion. Anyway really excited to read on here about all the different tips and things to smoke.
