Papa Smurf from Oregon

Hey my grand kids call me Papa Smurf so the name stuck... I am really new to smoking. i have an electric brinkman with thermostat upgrade.I love food and i love to fly fish. i got into smoking because i do not enjoy eating fish and i thought if i found a differant way to prepare it i may enjoy it. so if you have any ideas let me know.
