I have been smoking on a Smokin Tex 1400 for about 5 years. Mostly smoke pulled pork and babyback ribs. The guys at the beach always enjoy my smoked Johnsonville Brats. Also smoke Italian sausage, chicken thighs, cheese and nuts. The insulated smoke box works well when the temps get down low. Just ordered a Amaze n smoker and was looking for others who use it with smokintex for cold smoke.
