  1. Hey there,

New to the forum, just a little bit about myself...

Southern boy, mid 50's, married, my mistress is bacon!!

I try to BBQ/grill at least 3 times a week, but I'm thinking of BBQ 24/7. My favorite things to smoke are pork butts and ribs and turkey. Grilling is near and dear to my heart. Chicken, steaks, burger and dogs are weekly fare, but I do some veggies for the spouse too.

When I'm not grilling/smoking ,I'm on the golf course chasing a little white ball!!

    22" Weber kettle,

    Cookin n Cajun water smoker

Assassin Smoker - as of 04/15/13

I look forward to sharing recipes, techniques and all the great things associated with BBQ.

    Welcome from Canada.

It sounds like you are already an experienced smoker. As I only started smoking last year, I look to learning from your posts.

  8. [IMG]Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything   ...........
