    Hi all, new to the forum and this is my first post so bear with me. I have already learned a lot from folks here re: cold smoking cheese, which I will be doing this weekend for the first time, along with making summer sausage with the elk meat my son got on his very first bow hunting trip in Sept.  Again, thanks for all the info,
