just getting started in this meat smokin lookin to learn figured this was a good place to learn about woods to use what kind of smoker would be best here in southern illinois liv ein the once largest pork produciing countyin the state. deer hunt , turkey hunt, fish looking always for new recipes etc just wondering about smoking venison hams any good recipes out there
