Hey y'all, Steve from South Jersey. I've been grilling ever since I can remember and been smoking for about two years. My set up is a brinkman trailmaster offset stick burner slightly modified. I use 100% hickory and cherry sourced locally. I've cooked a lot but love my pork shoulders, briskets, baby backs, beer can chickens and bacon wrapped pork tenderloins. Mmmm bacon. I look forward to trying many of the recipes and cooking styles expressed on this site!
