Introduction

Hi my name Joe I am new to this group. I own a Traeger smoker, this is my first pellet smoker. I am a long time lump wood/ Charcoal smoker but as the family grew my time has shrunk and pellet smokers have help with that issue. I live in Central Jersey and I am looking forward to getting to know some fellow pellet smokers.

Welcome to this group Joe, and welcome to SMF! Hope you're enjoying that Traeger. I've been cooking on a pellet burner for about 3 years...a Rec Tec, and I'm very happy with it.
