Injected drum smoke

    i was craving some wings, but found drumsticks to be cheaper so went with those. I've seen on here about guys injecting with franks red hot so I thought I'd give it a try. I injected about two thirds of them with the franks and injected the rest with some leftover pineapple juice and put some rub in the fruity ones.

    Cooking around 265-275 hopefully will be ready for a late lunch

    Just check temp almost most about 150-155.

    The burnt looking ones are the ones with the rub on them

    Nice legs!  I have made the switch to buffalo legs instead of wings, cheaper and more meat.  I still do wings when I'm entertaining. [​IMG]
