We bought a 4-in-1 grill from Smoke Hollow in May. I followed advice from many regarding seasoning the grill. This passed weekend put me in front of the smoker side of this grill. I bought a brisket (just the flat) and filtered all the ideas on a ton of visited sites. After a full day of adjusting the vents, adding (and taking away) heat, and even peaking more than I should, we were able to experience the fruit of my labor. Not too bad. I hope to glean more information from this site to expand my EXTREMELY novice capabilities. I'll probably be lurking in and out of posts before I can pipe in.
