Yeah, I wanted cherry wood, but we literally smoked the day after getting the grill. The selection of wood at the local grocery store was quite limited, hickory or mesquite. The people who gave me the pecan, also gave me some cherry wood. I'm saving it for next pie making excursion.

We had Max fixed when it not quite 2 months old. He's a grumpy old pig, but not really aggressive.
 
Welcome to the Forum ,the stealth, I have a Brinkman PitMaster deluxe with sfb just like yours and you won't go wrong, I took mine camping 1 year and smoked enough meat for 4 campsites, take care of it and it will take care of you
