Today we are grilling 2 Cornish hens with rotisserie and grilling indirectly 3 bone in ribeye chops ( real thick) with Kingsford and some hickory chunks ..... looking for 165-170 on game hens and 145 on the chops .. going to spray hens with olive oil, and use McCormick's smokehouse maple seasoning, and using my rub on the chops ...

chops are huge ......

made an optional grate,  lower and out of the way for the chops, loaded it all up and getting started ,

well, its couple minutes before noon, all started

just threw on a couple baked potatoes right in coals, wrapped in foil and some butter ...just getting good and hot -- 275 grill temp

hens and potatoes are done ... chops are at 140 .....

resting, money shot of all coming up .....about 10 minutes or so, the chops will be all done

Money shot .....

Was a good cook, hens got done about 15 minutes before the chops, and potatoes just about the same time as the hens .....

tell me what you think ............
