  1. Everyone-
    Looking to do my first bologna.
    Going to smoke in smoker.
    What is the best casing?
    Fibrous or muslin? (Just options)
    Do fibrous take smoke? (thinking they do).
    As always, I appreciate everyone's opinions so thanks!
