Another easy salmon pasta idea

    Never too many smoked salmon pasta dishes. The quicker, the better.

    I used fettuccine here. And feta cheese. The only planning this requires is soaking feta to bring the salt down (and draining).

    Pasta cooked, feta and salmon crumbled over the hot pasta. Add some pasta cooking water if too dry.

    Fresh cracked pepper (missing in the picture).

    Looks great!   We do a lot of smoked salmon pasta to help use up some of our smoked salmon inventory.  Makes a great leftover as well.
