30th B day qview

My wife finally joined the rest of us in the 30 something club. I threw her a little party. On the menu 20 lbs of pulled pork, 3 racks of spare ribs, 4 lbs of abt's and 2 lbs of stuffed shrooms.

Finished pulled. Party started so not much time to take finished pics of everything.



Oh, and we had a margarita/daiquiri machine :) It was an old slurpee machine from a friend of mine in the c-store industry.

Awesome, took some tuning since it isn't designed for drinks with a lower freezing point, but it worked great!

I hope that you had a large amount of margarites to soak up ALL that food for theses folks at the party. Happy Birthday to the wife and I can almost remember my 30 something party too. Most have been the food. Great job and you did a fabulous job on the food parts.
