3-2-1 with a twist

  1. This weekend i had some extra time so i put a little twist on the 3-2-1 method. When it came time for the splash of apple juice, i used about 75% apple juice and 25% pineapple juice. While the juice and foil where workin thier magic on the meat, I went into the kitchen and whipped up a batch of my plan B bbq sauce. Its not as good as my home made sauce, but it will do in a pinch.
1 bottle of sweet Baby Rays original bbq sauce (36 oz i think)
    2 shots of Jim Beam
    1 shot of white vinegar
    1 dash of cayenne pepper
    1/4 Vidalia onion
    2 TBSP minced garlic
Put it all in a pot and simmer for about an hour stirring occasionally.
Enjoy a whiskey sour or 5
Do not forget about the ribs!
Mop sauce on ribs about 15 minutes before taking them out

  7. And how did they turn out??
  8. alright, we can let the qview slide for now, but, FYI... you can get a disposable camera and when you have it developed, they can put them on cd
  9. thats the best excuse ive heard so far.
