Made Raviolis the other day had some Pasta left Linguine

2 Chicken breast

Used my jerky Board to slice 1/4" thick

3 Slices from each pounded down

Saute in Butter and oil do this in batches

Add Chicken broth,Pesto,Capers & Lemon slices

cook your Pasta and serve

This is something that even my ex-vegetarian wife would like!

I could see substituting salmon, halibut shrimp or clams for the chicken.

My wife requested this for dinner tonight, so I came on to decide if I want to SV it or make on the stove top...decisions decisions.

Looks delicious Richie! There is nothing like fresh pasta, and tenderizing the chicken breast is a great way to go.
