Two nights to try to get going. 2nd night mixed 50/50 peach pellets, went out after 1/2 hr or so looking at the amnps next morn. Dried out pellets at 250* in oven next night for 1 hr. Took off. Can't wait to taste 6 hrs. 40* outside PM. Going to cool off this weeknd and going to do more cheese hopefully.
