We bought a new grill earlier this month and now he really wants to do kabobs. This looks to be the right combo for something he'd like.

Thank you for the like and the comment

Glad this made you want to do this style on your new grill. Good luck and I bet it will be great

Nice of you to say. It was a great meal, and the ladies and I loved it.
I like doing the pork like this quite often. Mona loves Donairs so this is a close second for her.

Not a problem at all, I am the same as you. I love learning new things or ways to do what I do differently.

I have gone through you collection a few times and more then likely used how you did yours or the inspiration to blend with something of mine.

My list of to do's never gets finished, as I am always adding.

HAHA I should update that some time too! Taking ideas and making them your own is a fantastic way to try things!

Just astounding David! Souvlaki , both chicken and pork are huge favorites of mine. Smell while cooking is intoxicating and man that flavor! I just mentioned to my neighbors last week I wanted to do some souvlaki. This likely pushed that up the list!

Thank you for the likes over there and yeah.. the CFS and potatoes and gravy are such a comfort food. And now that I know how to make gravy from scratch it's going to be a thing more often! I don't wanna derail your amazing thread here though!

Thanks it is a great meal and flavours for sure.
And you are right the smells while cooking are just that, intoxicating. And my mouth waters just thinking of that.

It's not really on my list, It just has to happen often.
I have not done chicken on sticks for a long time, so I hope that changes soon also.

Love us some Greek food, David!! Looks wonderful and I'm sure tastes even better. Nice cook and got me to thinking that it's been a minute since I've cooked Greek. Wheels are spinning now...

It was a very good meal as for smiles and quite table talk, which is a good thing in our house.
We love a lot of Greek meals here also.

Someday I will venture into the dessert " Baklava " so will see someday I hope.

Get the wheels a going Charles. Love to see some more of your ideas also.
