Well, nothing too special here just darn good grub.

Fired up and ready.

There is a Walla Walla sweet onion in the foil pouch.

I love this pan soooo much.

After 2 hours at 225 with apple and cherry smoke.

So this is where the beer comes into play. I moved the charcoal baskets to the center of the grill to cook all that stuff down to a thick gravy.

Man oh man. I can't believe I ate the whole thing.

I know it is crazy but it was so dang good I ate it all in one sitting no leftovers whatsoever. Hahahahaha......Those were Johnsonville. I am out of casings right now and have been pretty busy with work so have not made my own sausage for a while. I was just gifted some elk so will be making some soon.

I used to live in idaho and we got lots and lots of snow. I always dug out the smokers before the driveway. Maybe I am crazy about smoking or something.

Thanks disco. Are you guys having the nice weather like we are a little south?
It is so warm and sunny it is like March. If we don't get some  snow soon, it could be drought conditions this winter.
