Ok boys and girls. Just put in my MES30 (4), 28 total pounds of boneless pork butt. Using AMNPS with pecan and cherry pellets. Set the temp @ 230 and having a beer now. Should have about 20ish people tomorrow and pulling at about 2-3pm.
