They are just sitting there and smoking well, I did have to blow out the flame, and then they just kept going.

Thanks David. I going to give this a try today. I have not used the Weber 410 in a long time. Going to do some thighs. I will put a couple on while preheating and see if they catch. I could lay on the diverter if needed.

Yes was not expecting this to go on the spinner, but always happy to be featured.

Glad to be back these last few months. There was a lot going on back last year for a bit.
Always happy to smoke /cook and post . And of coarse eat the products lol

Was a great meal, always up for breakfast anytime.

As for the pineapple sauce for the ham. I just used the juice from the can of rings ( about 1/2 cup ) and added large table spoon of BR sugar and dash of Soya sauce and cornstarch , heat until thick.
Not bad at all for a quick sauce.

Yes we love our eggs at all meals . And who would not like smashed potatoes and grilled ham.

Yes I have a smoke box for chips , but lately added chunks over the pilot area of the far burner and they smoke well there. Sometimes too hot so have to blow out the flames.

It sure was, and it happens here quite often as a left over kind of meal. Potatoes, onions and what ever kind of meat left over , all cubed up and fried and then some eggs. Heaven
