This is my wing sauce. It is a firehouse favorite. Now I've never smoked the wings before I usually grill them.

Coat wings with canola oil season wings with salt, pepper and paprika and grill them. For the sauce:
1/2 to 1 bulb of garlic minced. ( depends how much garlic you like)
1 12 oz bottle of franks red hot pepper sauce
5 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Add butter and garlic in a sauce pan over med- low heat until butter is melted. Cook for about 5 minutes, be careful not to burn garlic or butter. Pour bottle of hot sauce into the butter/ garlic. Let reduce down a bit. Add balsamic vinegar cook for another few minutes. The longer the sauce reduces the hotter the sauce will be. Pour over your wings. Enjoy
