Did you rest them in the oven at a temp? Or just with the oven off? Those look fantastic.
Thanks MileHighSmokerGirl MileHighSmokerGirl , I rested at 170 for an hour as that is the lowest my oven goes then turned off the oven and let rest for another hour or so. They were perfect. Still hot and just like butter!
