For all the barq lovers <BBQ bark- grin>

Pulled my butt out of the smoker at 160 or so, into oven at 225 for an hour, covered in a pyrex baking dish. Removed and drained juices/particulate matter into side dish. Installed butt back in oven uncovered. Waited a few min. until the little juice left started to thicken on the bottom...added more juice. Repeated a couple times, ended up with a thickend juice coating on bottom of dish.Used a brush to apply to butt, added more juice and back into oven.

<Click to see bigger yet still crappy pix- Sigh>

Repeat above once more. You can see the progressive "barq" buildup on the butt. Removed butt, internal temp of 195 by then.

Kinda an interesting experiment... perhaps others can improve?
Especially the pict quality...sorry 'bout that folks

its at 172....will check the taste to see if I want more smoke flav. If not...I should probably take foil off..and leave it go in oven tilmit reaches completion?
