Hello all, I just received a 250 gallon fuel tank from a buddy of mine and im wanting to convert it to a grill/smoker. I need the help of my fellow smokers. I previously converted a file cabinet into a smoker, it was a weekend project and it turned out ok but not as well i thought, the temp would not get to were i needed it and hold for an extended amount of time but anyway im going ahead with this project. So here we go again this time with the advice of the forum.
