indaswamp indaswamp , that's a good video.

We make a good bit of pizza dough and bread dough with about 1/3 semolina flour

As you likely know, semolina flour can be hard to find. At places like US Foods Chef'Store, Restaurant Depot or other food service stores you can usually find 50 pound bags of semolina for around $35-40. If you have some friends who make a lot of pasta or bake with semolina that would be willing to split a bag that can be a money saver. It sure beats the $5 a pound or more when buying online.

We usually wait to buy ours when we're visiting family back in Auburn, New York as New Hope Mills usually has it in stock there. That's also where I get my rye and pumpernickel flour.
