It arrived today.
Only took 19 weeks, 5 days, 0 hours, and 58 minutes, but who's counting... :emoji_laughing:
I'll start another thread with my thoughts on it in a couple days.
Will get my mods and burn-in/seasoning, biscuit test, and basic fuel consumption test done first.

Unloading from truck:
I noted the damage to driver and he documented it, but was no damage.
SO glad of that after the long wait to get it.

Nice looking unit. I’m surprised the exhaust outlet is that low. Should get smoke good smoke with it. Oh and, where is the grease dripping bucket, or can you just not see it in the pic?

Supposed to provide continuous TBS at any temps. We will see.
Doesn't come with a grease bucket, just an 1-1/4" pipe coming down from the grease area inside. A cap for that is included.
Thought it came with a valve as all the videos I've watched had it, but no.
I was prepared though. Haha
I have an 1-1/4" coupling and a 1-1/4" x 6" nipple.
I drilled a hole in the side of the nipple, threaded it, and put a screw in it.
Bought Pit Boss grease bucket and liners from Lowes months ago.
Good to go for that.

I'll have more pics in my review (sort of...) thread.

Side topic: I was on the LSG web site today and they have a Cabinet Pellet Smoker there.
Listed as sold out, but taking pre-orders for it.
"sold out" cracked me up since that have zero inventory for anything.
Like a big funnel - Orders come in the big end, Smokers go out the small end. Haha

It kinda reminds me of my Yoder 640 construction wise with a couple twists. I bet you really enjoy that.

Thanks all for the kind remarks.
Today will be the curing/burn-in (6 hr), consumption test, and biscuit test.
Just have to try the step function of the Fireboard controller.
Will start the process at 175F for 2 hours, the 200F for 2 hours, then 225F for 2 hours.
Once the 6 hours are done I will shut it down, dump pellets and weigh them.
Should be able to get a fair idea of lb/hr for low temp cook at low 80's ambient.
Then pellets back in, empty burn pot, and do biscuit test.
Have seen a couple biscuit tests on YouTube, and both looked like even cooks across the grate.
Also saw a video with the griddle in and right side of that was hotter when tested with IR gun.
So I will do my own test and will do both grates, not just the lower.
Besides, we like biscuits. :emoji_slight_smile:
Think I'm having a craving for some sausage gravy...

Additional note...
While setting up the WIFI, very easy by the way, I noticed the RTD temp was 101.4F and outside air was in low 80's.
Not in the sun, but lid was closed.
I opened the lid and it dropped a bit to 97.4F.
I put 4 probes in the smoker all about 4" of the RTD.
All 4 read 84-85.
My IR gun said 84.3 and my house in/out thermometer said 84.
So, I would say that majority rules and RTD is wrong.
Sent message to Fireboard about it, but have not heard back yet.
When I do my tests today I will set the temps all 13 degrees lower than what I mentioned above.

New issue popped up.
After creating the Step Program, pressing the "Start Program" button did nothing.
WIFI is running as it is reading the RTD temp.
Sent another message to Fireboard.

It was built to order so I doubt this is the case but do the fireboards need to update firmware? I don’t know how they work so just throwing a thought out there.
