Sunday smoke

Happy Sunday SMF! I have been extremely busy lately at work doing my part to keep the agriculture industry prepared for planting so we can feed America again. I was hungry for several things this week and didn’t have all day to spend feeding the fire so I went with CSR, wings, bacon wrapped onion rings, bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños, artichoke spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms and a few chicken breast. I guess I’ll have leftovers for a few days.

Getting the fire started

CSR on the left seasoned with my wife’s rub on the right seasoned with Peachey
